We are an NGO & a Nonprofit organization that inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. We deliver business programs on Entrepreneurship, Work Readiness and Financial literacy. We trained 100 000 students through 7000+ volunteers to date.

Our story
INJAZ Kuwait is a non-profit organization that was established in 2005 as part of one of the world’s largest youth-serving NGOs Junior Achievement Worldwide, with the aim of empowering young people to own their economic success and be prepared for today’s business challenges. With the help of its partners and volunteers, INJAZ Kuwait impacts thousands of students every year bringing them closer to the real world and opening their minds to unlock their full potential.
INJAZ Kuwait makes a difference in the country by helping to create a sense of self-motivation, confidence and empowerment and a mindset that “anything is possible” among youth. Concurrently, we aim to foster a spirit of mentorship, passion and service amongst business leaders. INJAZ Kuwait programs change the mindset of youth, exposing them to entirely new concepts and encouraging them to think critically about the world around them. The progression of our volunteer led sessions transfer skill sets in an incremental fashion tailored to different age groups. After completing INJAZ courses, the youth are the employees of choice, as well as potential entrepreneurs, capable of identifying and meeting the demands of the market.
